French paid leave accrual calculator
Work out the paid-leave days earned in France over the reference period, including during non-occupational sick leave.
French private-sector rules (Labour Code, art. L3141-3 to L3141-7): 2.5 working days per month of actual or equivalent work, 2 days per month of non-occupational sick leave (24 days at most), total rounded up and capped at 30. A collective agreement may grant more.
Check the values: work and sick-leave months cannot exceed 12 months in total, and rates must be positive.
