- More than one tenth of contract hours: allowed only if a collective agreement raises the limit to one third (art. L3123-20).
- Beyond one third of contract hours: the maximum for additional hours is exceeded, even with a collective agreement.
- Premium below 10%: no agreement may set less than 10% per additional hour (art. L3123-21).
