Modules, resources and compatibility

Understand why modules appear or disappear depending on the pipeline’s current data type.

Modules are the technical building blocks used in the Workspace. Each module declares the resource type it accepts and the one it produces.

Logical resources

Bethemesh currently distinguishes text and tabular data. Future modules may add image, document, audio or video resources.

Automatic compatibility

After each step, the engine knows the current output type and can propose compatible modules for the next step.

Why is a module unavailable?

It may require another resource, a prior source step or a specific column format.

Good to know: public site categories help visitors find tools. Workspace resources validate technical compatibility. The two classifications are intentionally separate.
