The data controller is Yann Bastien, publisher of Bethemesh.

For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write through the contact form.

The files you open in the tools are processed directly in your browser. They are sent neither to Bethemesh nor to any provider.

Previews and results stay on your device until you download them, replace them or close the page.

A few tools query an online service for public data, such as metal prices. They only send the request itself, for example the chosen metal, never your files.

Your settings, favourites and saved work stay in your browser storage: without an account, they never leave your device. The Cookies page details this storage and how to clear it.

An account is optional. If you create one, Bethemesh stores your email address, your name and your password in hashed form, never in plain text. With Google or GitHub sign-in, Bethemesh receives your name, email address and profile picture from that service.

If you turn on sync, your pipelines, templates, favourites and their settings are stored online so you find them on your other devices. The files used in the tools are never part of it.

Legal basis: providing the service you request. Retention: as long as the account exists; a session stays open for 30 days at most. Deleting the account erases its data and the synced items.

When you use a form, Bethemesh receives what you enter: name, email address, message and, for a bug, the affected page and browser. The message is delivered through Resend.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering your request. Retention: 12 months after the last exchange, then deletion.

Account emails, such as address verification or password reset, are also sent through Resend. Do not add work files or sensitive information your request does not need.

Bethemesh measures its audience with Google Analytics and may show Google AdSense ads. The content processed in the tools is never sent to them.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, identifiers or similar technologies to serve ads and measure their delivery. Google and its partners may thus use advertising cookies to show ads and, where applicable and with your consent, to personalise them. If you decline, non-personalised ads may still be shown.

You can manage ad personalisation with the preferences button on the Cookies page or in the footer, and from Google’s My Ad Center.

Legal basis: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookies page or the footer.

The “Was this tool useful?” and “Was this article useful?” buttons only feed anonymous counters: no identifier, IP address or profile is attached to them.

Bethemesh relies on the following providers, each limited to its role.

Some providers are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework when the provider takes part in it, and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to data is limited to what the service needs.

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for its restriction and withdraw your consent at any time.

Write through the contact form: you will get an answer within one month. To delete your account and synced data, say so in your message. The information stored in your browser is cleared from the Bethemesh settings or your browser.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or with the authority of your country.
