Privacy policy

Bethemesh minimises data: business processing is local and the cloud only synchronizes transformation recipes when you choose it.

Files and content stay local

CSV, Excel, PDF, images, text and other supported content are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to Bethemesh, PostgreSQL, Vercel or the email provider.

Previews, execution results and Undo/Redo history also remain local.

Data stored on your device

Local storage may keep theme, language, accessibility settings, favourites, recent tools, pipelines, templates, the sync queue and consent choices.

You can clear this data from website or browser settings and export it as JSON where available.

Optional account and synchronization

An account is not required to use tools or the Workspace.

When you sign in, the authentication service processes session data. Only pipeline and template JSON selected for synchronization is stored remotely. Files are never included.

On first sign-in, you can upload local data, download remote data or merge both.

Audience measurement and consent

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights may measure aggregated traffic and performance without receiving tool content.

Any future service requiring prior consent remains disabled until accepted through the consent manager.

Forms

Information entered in forms is sent to process your request. Do not submit sensitive data or work files that are not necessary.

Retention, security and rights

Account and synchronization data is retained while the account or service remains active, subject to applicable obligations. Messages are retained as needed to handle them.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data and contact the relevant data protection authority.

Policy updates

This page will be reviewed whenever Bethemesh features or active production providers change.
