What does this template do?
Reorder pages, place multiple pages per sheet, then download the print-ready PDF.
This template puts the pages back in the desired order, then places four per A4 sheet to print a long document on less paper. It is meant for course handouts, slides or drafts to review on paper.

Why the steps come in this order
Reordering comes before the layout: placing four pages per sheet groups consecutive pages, so the order must already be right.
When should you use this template?
- Print course slides four to a page.
- Review a long report on paper while saving sheets.
- Put a PDF assembled out of order back in sequence before printing.

When the selected modules support local processing, your files stay on your device while the Pipeline runs.
Settings to check
- Page order: the full list of page numbers in the desired order, for example 1, 3, 2, 4.
- Layout: four pages per A4 portrait sheet, 8 mm margins and 4 mm spacing, fixed in this template.

Limits to know
- At four per sheet, each page is reduced to roughly half its size: check that small print stays readable.
- This template does not create a booklet; for a folded booklet, use the PDF booklet tool.
- The layout is fixed; the “multiple pages per sheet” tool offers other settings.
