Gregorian to Ethiopian conversion uses the browser’s Intl calendar engine and extracts the Ethiopian year, month and day. For the reverse direction, Bethemesh searches for the exact Gregorian day that matches the entered Ethiopian values. The calendar has twelve months of thirty days plus Pagumen, a thirteenth month containing five days in common years and six in leap years.
