How does this tool work?

Create a grid collage from several images with configurable width, spacing, and background color, entirely in your browser and without a server upload.

The images are decoded locally and placed into equal square cells. Each image uses a contain-style fit so it stays fully visible without distortion. The engine calculates the required number of rows from the selected column count, applies the requested gap and background, and exports one final image in the chosen format.

No. The collage preserves each image aspect ratio and fits it completely inside a square cell. Any unused area simply shows the selected background color.
