Fonctionnement

How does this tool work?

The stamp is generated locally as a transparent PNG image from the selected preset or your custom text. It is then inserted into the same visual workspace used by the other PDF editing tools. You can move, resize or remove it before exporting. The original file stays unchanged, and only a new PDF copy containing the stamp is created in your browser.

Use cases

Administrative tracking

Add PAID, COPY or DRAFT status to invoices, receipts and other documents handled during a workflow.

Confidential documents
